WE do Ship Internationally and across Canada. Our Shipping rate is set high to allow us to cover all parts of our wonderful Country. WE refund any unneeded directly back to you once we create the shipping label. For international rates please message for a quote. We are not shipping to the USA at this time. We use Canada Post occasionally, but mostly small couriers which allow us to offer good shipping costs. Have a great day. TSC Team
